Do you know a woman who is making a positive impact on our community? Maybe she’s a leader or a part of a team, someone working behind the scenes or out in front, an educator or a student, a high-powered executive, or a volunteer. We want to meet her and the women like her, as we celebrate Orlando’s Women of the Year! Each year we take nominations from readers, and the honorees are honored in the following spring. This year, the Women of the Year will publish with our May 2025 issue.
Nominations open August 1 and close November 30, 2024.

About The Women of the Year
Now in its eighth year, Orlando magazine’s Women of the Year initiative strives to honor those helping our community, whether large or small. In the past, the honorees have been educators, mentors, counselors, fundraisers, business owners, physicians, nurses, teachers, CEOs, managers of organizations and even students that help those in need. But most of all they are leaders who step forward to help keep our community strong. Take a look at last year’s honorees.
