Sarah and Yusuf met during Sarah’s freshman year of college in Boston whilst working together at the fitness center. They went from practically ignoring each other at work, to becoming friends, to soon realizing there was more than just a friendship there.

Yusuf asked Sarah to be his girlfriend in May of 2018 and the rest is history! Fast forward to 2021, they got engaged in June and privately said “I do” with close family in August of that year. After moving down to Florida about a year later, it was finally wedding planning time! Yusuf was very passionate about two things: the cake and the DJ. Everything else was a lot of DIY-ing, Pinterest-ing, and planning from Sarah. The overall “theme” for the wedding was intimate, timeless, and simple. Finally, wedding day came on October 1, 2023 and it was nothing short of amazing. From their first look and private vows, to the food and drinks, to the florals and venue, and everything in between: it was beautiful. One thing that many guests shared with Yusuf and Sarah was how intimate, romantic, and cozy the entire evening was, and that’s exactly what they were hoping for! Yusuf and Sarah get to look back on their wedding with nothing but smiles and happy memories.
