EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Has Returned

Get Stuffed At EPCOT!

(STEVEN DIAZ)

Grab your passport! After a hiatus due to Covid-19, The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back and will be longer than ever, kicking off on July 14 and lasting all the way until November 19.
The Food & Wine Festival is a hectic time of year at EPCOT. Plan to spend your whole day at the park so you can take your time enjoying the food and wine. Although some try, you don’t have to do it all in one day. Pick up a Food & Wine passport at the entrance, which will take you on a delicious treasure hunt. If you try five items, the sixth is free.

If wine isn’t your thing, stop by La Cava del Tequila in Mexico for a flight of tequila shots, complete with a delicious chaser of the lounge’s very own sangrita, a spicy, citrusy tomato juice shooter.
Interacting with the culinary artists who are the foundation of the Food & Wine experience is one of the festival’s highlights. We’re curious how EPCOT will handle the absence of a festival center, where chef demonstrations and book signings usually take place. Will they host such events in the World Showcase Pavilion or the Odyssey Events Pavilion?

Eat to the Beat has returned, showcasing throwback musical acts like Tiffany, Boyz II Men, Sheila E, and Taylor Dayne. One of the best ways to enjoy the show is to reserve a meal at an EPCOT restaurant through the Eat to the Beat Dining Package, which gives you guaranteed seating for the concert. After a long day of noshing and imbibing, you’ll want that.
