WHO WE ARE
The Maher Law Firm is a truly unique, family-run firm that was founded more than 50 years ago in Orlando by Michael C. Maher, the leader of the trial team that negotiated a settlement of $11.3 billion in a lawsuit brought by the State of Florida v. Big Tobacco. We have won awards such as Best Lawyers in America®, Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year®, Florida Trial Lawyer of the Year and more.
